Today I really have to start over completely. I need to get my mind set. Do I eat to live or love to eat. I LOVE TO EAT the fattier the better. STOP this nonsense and lose, lose, lose, I know I can do it. I need to put my focus back on God and my health. I'm having trouble breathing again and no energy. Gear up and get to it.
