Yup, overnight. Food in belly, food in bowel and waterweight. Very good quality food, plus some sugary crap as I did a Carb Nite. However, I'm still in my 42" waist jeans and am looking at putting a new notch in my belt as it's beginning to be needed. We should not forget that body recomposition is an important part of regaining health and I've been doing a lot of weights (for a guy in his mid-sixties, anyway). My shape is clearly changing, and muscle weighs more than fat. So it's all good but... there's that layer of blubber still sitting on and around my belly. Let's see how I get on with that with my regular fasting.
128.4 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
