I think it is interesting how the times I am noticing the chgs in my body..how it feels and looks..and think I am noticing a difference...that I rarely show a loss or even show a gain. Not discouraged... just an observation. Still having issues with the cramps... I am shopping for some shape ups...since the shoes I am wearing are old..and I stand on my feet ALL DAY during work. Hope you all have a lovely holiday!
