Surprised my weight didn't go up with having lentil soup for dinner. I knew it was too big a bowl, and too many carbs for Keto, but I was too tired to care. Beside it was healthy, I'm doing fine, and switching to modified maintenance anyway. Daughter gave me 1/3 of a gummy bear Cannibis, helped with my considerable pain for nearly 3 hours. Eating window 7 hours.
50.3 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Glad you found some pain relief. I know how overwhelming chronic pain can be.
