Water etc... waist size is now down to 42". I'm sitting here wearing sloppys I haven't been able to wear since I was doing Tae Kwon Do twenty years ago. We should bear in mind muscle weighs more than fat so weight's not the only metric. Back to fasting next week I think. I'm pigging a bit at the moment, feast and famine:-)
