Thank you Adefwebserver, it was great. I had to break my fast at 2:30 AM , I was wide awake, so I decided to eat cerel with milk and a banana and go back to sleep, it didn't help me to much though, sometimes I just can't sleep, no matter if my stomach is empty or full. 😒 My weight was 102.8 lb.before the breakfast. So 103s is not bad at all 😀

I totally understand :) My next 'water fast' will probably be Tuesday...

Good luck with your Water Fasting! Fasting without calories is faster and easier for me. I did not wait until 6:00-8:00 AM because I was hoping to get back to sleep. 462 calories breakfast, not bad, actually I was thinking to break my fast last night Haha with 500 calories. 😁 I am glad I did not. Right now I am going to drink coffee and eat fruits before lunch. I still have plenty of calories for my weekend , that is the point of my fasting. 😊💃
