This weight loss is not because of whatever I ate yesterday. It's just returning to what it was several days ago before eating Shrimp with Lobster Sauce Sunday after church, and maybe the baked beans the night before. The scale is sure a fickle thing, isn't it. There was so much whipping cream as gravy on the meat balls last night, and I couldn't measure, I was sure it would be up today. 6.5 hour eating window.
