过完年到今天🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️~ 內臟2,bmi19.7,体脂29🤦🏻♀️… ~我昨和教練碰面,教練用「唸人的口氣」說我看起來又瘦了,🙄🙄,我說最好是啦,过年吃胖2公斤多耶🤦🏻♀️😱🤰🏻🐷,而且半個月沒運動,離目標越來越遠⋯ 教練說:「 很好啊,我ㄧ直勸你不要再瘦了,你不聽,你再瘦臉就快凹了,很老 」⋯ 🙄🙄🙄(我是在抱怨不肯幫我減肥的教練)

bmi 19多啊,也只是標準而已,肌肉量不知道,很久沒量,ㄧ週只有2小時重訓~~ 我以前剛去,教練是怎麼笑我、污辱我的,🙄🙄😅😅,他到現在还留著我以前的肥照~~ 他雖然健身方面很有經驗,算專業,但從來沒有幫助我減重過,我都是靠自己爬文努力的😭😭~~ 真的,但我之前已經澎皮水潤很多年,應該夠了,我現在想試看看排骨精 😅😅
