So I've been pretty plateaued for a couple of weeks now. any advice on kickin in the next stage. Started my work out schedule (Trex arms suck) lol
114.0 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
