Down a half lb, YAY!!! Particularly since I did experience weekend weight gain, largely due to the hubby's birthday. Ate out WAAAAY too much! But fortunately that didn't stick around. Hoping to repeat the 4 lb weight loss in the month of February, so I'm off to a slow start but it's progress. I'll take it!!!
67.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
