Hi there
It's been nearly a year since I posted on here, but considering I have overindulged and eaten and drunk what I wanted, I'm amazed I haven't gained any weight (how can that be?) However I haven't lost any which I am now ready to do as I am horrified when I see photos of myself!
My first target will be to lose 1st 1lb which will take me to 11st. I know this is still overweight for my 5ft 2in height but it will be a good start.
Hope my buddies haven't abandoned me and it will be good to see how you're all getting on. Keep me posted xx
