weighed in during fed state with belly circumference down 1 inch to 43." My belly was at 51" last April and 44" in January. I have also increased salt intake and my weight fluctuations are less dramatic between fasted and fed states.
101.7 kg Lost so far: 26.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

So I got a really good workout today 7 hours after breakfast. My plan was simple; I hit all muscle groups with 3 sets lasting 2 minutes, and my target was a 10 second range of motion per repetition. I did the following exercises: Single Leg Press Dumbbell Bench Press Dumbbell Curl compound with overhead press Superset Single arm Lat Pulldown with Upright Row 2 Leg Press

Also post workout I drank 3 cups bone broth which has 27g protein and will be digested quickly
