Day 30: Breaking into a new work routine, so I'm working towards balance - or as I said one of my earlier posts - wholeness. I am becoming increasingly aware that I need to (1) actually take my lunch break and eat away from my desk (2) drink more water and (3) leave work at on time. If I practice those things, self-care will come easier, along with my quality of life.
