Lost focus a little over the last couple of days so was certainly surprised to see the scales still going down. Gave myself a pep talk and head is back in the game. Life happens, I get that. Just need to make sure I get back on the right track as soon as those life events have passed. It’s the only feasible way to manage a lifestyle change, long term!
