Plants vegetables legumes and a bit fruit does the trick that’s how I’ve managed to loose weight, drop the meat and all processed food and switch to oat milk and drop all dairy products and you will all loose weight too. Stop counting your calories as this makes you obsessed with food and slowly less food fills you up 😎👍
86.9 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sorry Steiner, I'd rather keep eating meat and dairy getting my essential nutrients that way and lose weight slowly. I make no apologies, I'm a totally unreconstructed omnivore 😊
