All right. Hit a new low after eating with reckless abandon for the first few days of the month! I ate 4 oz. of beef brisket for lunch yesterday and it really kept me full until 7pm. The protein really seemed to stick with me... one for the mental file cabinet. 102 blood sugar last night. Things are moving along swimmingly.
