Yesterday The High-End Hybrid WO definitely Burned more Cals then I could monitor (lost nearly 2 lbs). The Tire Flips(38 Times) Impacted more muscles 💪 than I can describe . My forearms & even the wrists are still sore!!
The trainer told us afterwards that each Tire weighed 225lbs....good thing I reset after each Flip & concentrated on my Core & Legs!!
Today is a Rest Day...Yeah!!
Time to find a massage therapist!!

Thx everyone. We only do the tires in 6-week intervals & the exercise does pay off with all around muscle burn. Thankful that it is on a Saturday for a 2-day Recovery!!
