When I have a good weight loss in a day it really reinforces to me that this intermittent fasting works and that I need to keep doing it every other day while still sticking to my calories. Both days I did an intermittent fast the next day I lost over a pound, but the calories were the same as the days I hadn't done the intermittent fast.
