Ate normally for a day or three, did a carb nite, couple of days of OMAD, then back fasting for two days, got back to here which is quite nice. Been doing some weights, some walking, my normal walks to my singing sessions at local pubs. Just going to take it day by day for a while, see how that goes. Some smoked pork belly arrived this morning, smells delicious :-) I didn't feel like eating it though, a good sign I think. I'd say I'm getting much better at being fat-adapted. My body can switch from carbs to fat with a great deal less trauma than there was before... and there wasn't all that much before, not when you quell your hunger pains with a lot of water or a little fat.
125.6 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.4 kg a Week
