Day 23: Recovered some of my loss. Started a new schedule, so it may take a week or so to adjust. Just riding it out and keeping my eye on the prize!
80.2 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
