😞 I know what I did so got to be rectified
69.8 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I feel better when I limit what I eat If I eat too much I feel rough because for 6 months I eat less I need to use up what crap I have left in the house my willpower is not as good as I thought
