Popped up a pound and a half, but that happens... ate WAY low calories the past few days of the month and got CLOSE to my 1685 per day target... hit 1687 per day average... and the stuff that put me over was a free extra helpings of veggies yesterday, so how can that be bad? LOL. Blood sugar 118 tonight... keeping on rolling.
133.4 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 40.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
