Nobbad. Ate last night, Bex has been nagging me to try the giant salami she got me for Christmas so I got that out of the way, very nice it was too. It's stored now with clingfilm round the exposed end in my cool kitchen so it should last OK. I had salted peanuts and dark chocolate after. I wasn't hungry actually but once I'd started... anyway, lighter today :-) Today I hope to get done some weights and some active yoga, maybe work on my hips some more (I had a new hip put in year and a half ago and I'm still balancing them up).
