This new job assignment is a little rough on the diet. They allow me a 30 minute lunch and honestly I inhale my food so fast I’m not sure if I ever taste it lol and trying to get good snacks in is rough too normally just a cheese stick when I can. So I’ve been having a rough time trying to hit 1200 calories a day...either I’m gonna go gain the weight back or lose fast lol
76.8 kg Lost so far: 8.0 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
