Day 16: Progress is progress, even if it's .3 lbs. Body composition is changing too, I fluctuate between 38/39% bodyfat (no more forties!) I'm feeling a bit under the weather today - very thirsty and craving salt! I just partook in a pretty salty lunch, I need to be sure to drink lots of water today. Happy Wednesday!
80.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
