Feeling a bit discouraged. I was doing awesome last week and it was pretty easy. I was sticking to the plan. I've been off track for a few days now. I was tempted to just quit and ignore FS, but I probably should try longer than 2 weeks.... I had seen some lower numbers on the scale the end of last week, but they crept back up. Getting back on track today though.
93.5 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week

Great decision. Hang in there. It is not always easy. But we can be tough diet warriors!!!!

Smartilyn: Please don't quit, for the sake of your health, not only your looks. Watch Dr. Berg and Dr. Fung on YouTube. Its changed my life. Also on there is the guy who says "Butter Makes Your Pants Fall Off" or something like that. His experience is interesting. Hang in there and learn, it'll change your life too. You will have more energy, and less physical problems too. We want the best for you.

I was watching that "Butter makes your pants fall off" guy/video this weekend. I was about halfway through it when my husband came in and wanted to use the computer, so I put it in favorites to watch later. I had forgotten about it until you just mentioned it. Maybe tonight I can sneak in some computer time and finish watching it. He was really down to earth and easy to listen to. Real people are so much more convincing than video models.

I try to put my days that I'm not quite on track in FS too. For me, it helps me not only to see if I just had an off day and it wasn't as bad as I thought, or that yes, I need to get back into the swing of things. All we can do is keep coming back when we sway off!

Stay off the scale! Just stick to what you know is right. Be strong! Have a bad day? Get back on track the next day!
