Okay, so the damage from Christmas wasn't as bad as I'd thought. Back on my diet now and I am so excited to be eating vegetables again! Plus I've picked up some extra hours in work which means walking home then walking back. Exercise I can't get out of and extra money? Wonderful!
95.9 kg Lost so far: 27.4 kg.    Still to go: 23.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
