Excellent weight loss! I suffer with migraines so I literally feel your pain! I have noticed, however, that drinking plenty of water and taking regular exercise actually helps. Also I avoid tea and coffee now. Not saying they’ve completely gone but they have lessened to one a month (can last up to three days though lol) Try not to put too much strain on your back. Do gentle exercises to strengthen your back muscles. Also the weight loss will help alleviate the pain in your knee and back. Wish you lots of luck! 🍀😘

I started the 5:2 in April when Michael moseley first mentioned it in a brief report. (all of last week the daily mail did a week long article on it) I knew I couldn't do it on 500 calories but that stated 800 on your 2 days. I lost 33lb and have managed to keep it off (Well apart from a little gain over december) but the 5:2 this week and lost 3.2lb. I personally find it easier to skip breakfast, eat fruit and low calories snacks and then have a proper dinner.... but I'm sure you'll find what's best for you. Good luck.

What is the 5:2 diet? Anyone?
13 Jan 19 by member: susanmarybrearley
susanmarybrearley, 5:2 diet it is when 5 days of the week you are eating normally with your usual calorie intake and 2 days you are eating less calories (500 to 800 calories). Last week I started this 5:2, so one day I instead of 1500 calories I had 800 calories.
