ugh, 4 days of good calorie restriction and barely a budge on the scale. Also been having a flare up with my one autoimmune which I think is adding to fluid and bloat though :(
63.9 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week

What is calorie restriction? We all should have our individual calorie budget to hit. If your calorie number causes steady weight loss over time (several days) then it's the right number. If not, adjust the number. Plain and simple, that is how fat loss is achieved.

the bloat explains what the scale reads. Ignore it and follow your plan

My number is for maintenance. I've been staying 200 calories below on average. This usually results in slow but steady weight loss. Autoimmune disorders complicate that though, it's not as simple as calorie counts for everyone.
