Isn't it amazing what cutting out wine and chocolate does, in the short term?
77.6 kg Lost so far: 11.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Cutting chocolate out completely made me sad and resentful, so I just reduced my intake. Now I'm losing weight and I'm happier for it :-)
