well now that the depression is more on an even level, the weight returns. I'll get back to where I need to be, just in a healthier way. 15 lbs or so lose was from hardly eating at all.
75.7 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
