Watched YouTube “Butter Makes Your Pants Fall Off” It's a little long but the info at end is great and he recommends Dr. Jason Fung's free 26 part series. I'm learning and loving it, but so wish my husband would join me in this pursuit, for his health. I had to laugh at the gal in the comment section to the video who was so hyped at being a size 4 now. Wouldn't we all be hyped, including me. There was a time in my life that I could not fit into a size 16 jeans, but I'm thinking there just might be a chance to get close with Intermittent Fasting. My weight is low with little muscle, and crepe paper bones. The I.F. is easier for me than the Keto, but I don't know if I could go much beyond 19 or 20 hours. I really did enjoy that gals enthusiasm!
Off to the hospital to spend the day and evening with my husband. At lunch time, in the hospital, I bought meatloaf and green beans. My joke to myself is that I stopped to look at the chocolate muffins. But it's no joke, that the future scares me a little, if I will truly be able to stay away from such stuff. I just joined a challenge of no junk food for 1 month.
52.7 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
