Today I ate and drank without worrying at all about the clock or the scale. The scale confirmed my choices too. Tomorrow I fast zero calories with an afternoon workout. It will be my 3rd time through the fasted workout regimen and I am getting better at it. On the other side of the next 48 fasted hours I plan on eating with a higher focus on my total nutrient uptake. I've been averaging 5500 calories within 24 hours followed by a 48 hour fast over the past week. I wasn't hungry but I felt weak at the end of my last fast. Let's see how the next one goes.
105.4 kg Lost so far: 22.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have gained 8 pounds after breaking a fast too.

I made a dish with Coconut flour and suspect that it caused extra water retention but I also ate a NY Strip that was quite large. I'm down 3 lbs overnight already.
