Finishing up my 48 hour fast and I'm about to refeed. I am trying to begin a routine in the gym as of yesterday. I'm thinking about a cycle involving a feast, 48 hour fast with a short weight session at about 20 hours in, followed by a refeeding and then a resting feast day. It would be a 4 day rotation in total.
