Dec 26: Fasted 18 hours today after my big binge yesterday. The sun is out, it is beautiful. It is a new day. I did not sleep until after 5am probably due to the chocolate's caffeine, but can take a nap later. We received leftovers from the relatives dinner that I will use for my husband, making my week easier. I plan to eat Keto but mostly he won't. Our daughter and husband are gone now to other relatives and may be back for 1 night on Friday after her doctor appointment, before driving home to Arizona. It's quiet here, and I am relishing it after busyness of trying to get gifts together while I'm having so much trouble walking (and pain). I'm trying to get up the nerve to make a doctor appointment to find out if my currant problem is a worsening disk and what my options and future might be. It's cowardly of me to not face it, and just suffer. I am 100% against surgery (for me, not for you). I need an MRI to see where I am at.
