Hi everyone. Hope you had a great summer. I'm going to try to get back into routine. :)
104.9 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

one of my best summers yet. did a lot of camping, fishing, boating and family time! we built a cabin, so did a lot of work up at the lake. i can't wait until next summer! what about you???
