Day 2 of a planned 3 day ‘no solid food’ fast

48 pushups 2019 PUSH UP Challenge (Overall leaderboard)

I plan to drink protein shakes all day and do a 5 mile run. Just trying not to go all the way up to 181lb. That is an important weight for me, because once I got below that, 5 months ago, I never-weighed-more-than-that.
