Interestingly, I did some deadlifting earlier, 5x5 at 150lbs. I am obviously in a proper fasting state as I haven't eaten since Sunday. I don't have the expected surge of hunger, which suggests to me that my body is still happily feeding off itself. I did a gentle suitcase carry (look it up!) earlier too, just the end of the road and back. I'll get some more weights done later today and we'll see what the effect on my weight is tomorrow. I want to switch my weekly schedule so I eat Mondays and Tuesdays, then I can do nothing Wednesdays and Thursdays when I sing, then lift Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, maybe Monday too. That'll have to be after Christmas though as Bex is coming to stay for that, so I'll break schedule then.
127.0 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
