my hormones and autoimmunes have been a wreck the past 2 weeks. Going for bloodwork at the end of the week and guessing my meds will be changed after that. Also holiday stress and holiday events aren't helping my eating. Even when I eat well the alcohol calories are sneaky. Health issues + not tracking are leading to weight gain which creates stress which adds to health and weight issues, etc. Need to stop the cycle!
