So thankful as November comes to an end and the last month of 2018 begins, for the many victories this year in my health journey. I am beyond thankful for my 70 lb weight loss. I am about 50 lbs from my weight loss goal. I am still aware of the battle physically and mentally ahead of me. My weight loss is just a small part of my battle. The biggest part of the battle to full health is my mind and it's addiction to eat just for pure pleasure and entertainment. also, after losing 70pounds, I still feel as heavy as I was before this weightloss. I do understand that the cloudy, rainy, cold days my have my mind in a seasonal depression, making it so hard to think positive and enjoy this weight loss. I must keep moving ahead and focus on books that keep my mind on the long health journey ahead of me and not just daily ups and downs. Have a blessed week everyone 💞

Do you have pictures or clothes that you can use to help cheer you up. I sometimes put on something that used to be tight and feel how much looser it is and that helps me at times. Congratulations with your losses so far
