Seemed to have hit a plateau. More effort needed. Seen the doctor recently, they're happy with the weight loss but my bloods havent changed much. I have lost 5 inches from my waist thou.
102.1 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
