Better than I expected. Less than I hoped for. But I'm still happy. Progress is getting slower and slower the closer I get to the target. But I lost 4.8cm overall, mostly from my problem areas, so that makes me happy.
December's always a difficult time (with the festive season and my birthday), but will try and stay on track with things. I had hoped to reach goal weight by the end of the year, but that doesn't look likely. Oh well, there's always next year.
We keep on keeping on!!
