Black coffee - Tea - Water
Working out
1 "joker" day - no fast, can have alcohol.
56.4 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week
