Don't know why the rise. Stuck to numbers as I did week one. Loss in the first week was maybe too good. This week may just be the correction. Still, very disappointing.
117.5 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
