Regrouping this week, got a horrible runny nose and that keeps upsetting my sleep as I wear a CPAP and I keep having to take it off and hurl it across the room at night when I get itchy :-) Well, I don't really HAVE to, but I find I do it anyway :-) Being hungry is one thing, being cold, tired and hungry is not fun - so I'm not doing it. More fasting when I'm better.
