Plateaued at 302 now. Looking over the past week, perhaps I have not been eating enough. I have been in the 1500s per day since a large restaurant meal a week ago. I ate 1725 yesterday to get nearer to my 1700 calorie average. Also, I've noticed that my carb intake has been very high this month so far. Going to work on that, too. Blood sugar 124 yesterday. That's looking good and can only get better as I continue to drop the lbs.
137.0 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 44.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
