Ate fewer calories for the past two days but both dinners included pasta... two cups a night. Is that what did it to me? I actually cheated a bit on my 298.5 weight in on September 12 because I did it after working out in the yard and sweating a lot. I'll take a bit of a bump up, but I look forward to getting back in the 200s... Blood Sugar 132.
