Hi all. I am so encouraged and blessed by all your entries. Almost a year ago I managed to break 200lbs and got down to 298.7 through hard word and determination. in January 2018 I had spinal neck surgery for severe stenosis. I was already having trouble with my legs but after extensive testing it was determined that my neck was worse and had to be done first. I had c3 through t3 done. I never gave any thought as to how things would be after surgery. It affected everythin. I had great rehab but had to learn how to do everything from chewing, swallowing to walking. once home I was.in a wheelchair for a while but transitioned to a walker then a Rollator walker and a 4 footed cane at times. I have just started walking down the stairs myself without a person's assistance or their shadowing me in case I fall. I can't walk too far without sitting down on the walker. All of this.is to say that I was eating carbs because they were easy and comforting. I was out of control. I am NOW paying the penalty for such irresponsibility. I am back up to 243lbs and starting all over again. I can't do this alone. I depend on your encouragement and support. thank you
