Water weight, food in my belly, and food in my colon, plus I weighed myself a couple of hours after breakfast and I normally do it first thing. To be expected then. I'll do a CN tonight, probably just a late meal one, so I'll weight more again tomorrow I imagine. Trending down overall though. I need to experiment further with refeeding too, no mustard for instance; ouch :-(
