Put on a lot of weight during vacation and also loosened up gastric band. It is a struggle to go back to sensible eating patterns when one is constantly worried about finances and the future.
172.3 kg Lost so far: 12.1 kg.    Still to go: 52.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
